  • What about the Weather?

    NOVA Movie Night will monitor the weather leading up to your date of reservation. Sometimes predictions are inaccurate and we want to make sure you have every opportunity to host your event. In the event the weather is not on our side, we will notify you about postponing or cancelling the morning of the event.

  • What do I need to bring?

    The only thing we ask is that you provide a power outlet. Ideally, we would like to use two different outlets to prevent any circuit breaker issues. We provide a blu-ray DVD player which doesn’t require internet, but If you have a streaming device that you would like to use, feel free to bring it, just make sure the Wi-Fi signal is strong enough so that it doesn’t ruin the viewing experience.

  • How long is each showing?

    Each showing is subject to 2.5 hrs max. We will arrive early on the day of your event to set up run tests on the equipment. Once your showing is over, we will be there to break everything down.

  • What is your refund policy?

    All deposits made are non-refundable. The remaining balance on your reservation is due the day before your reserved date. If we do not receive your balance we will not come to your location. If you choose to cancel, you must provide a week’s notice.

    If your date is postponed due to weather-related issues, we will work with you to find a date that works within a 30-day window.

  • Will there be a NOVA Movie Night Tech on-site?

    Yes, there will be a technician on-site in case any technical difficulties occur.
